My dad buy this a lot where ever we lived you see when i was young we Migrated a lot and my dad never fails to have this so i thought that this dish was a manilenean dish. This Suman sa Ibos Here in manila they call  it suman but in bicol they call it Ibos. My dad is a bicolano so I know a lot of things from bicol. The sauce in the middle is called Santan it is a combination of milk and Panocha and pili nuts.

Bibingka from CALABARZON region

I stated Calabarzon because my parents and I roamed around region 4a and we forgot where we bought it but the origin of bibingka is from Cainta, Rizal. Bibingka is savory sweet cake that has salted egg inside and sometimes cheese and topped with desicated coconut and sweet muscovado sugar. Not a big fan of salted eggs I'm the one of those people who wants it without egg but its still yummy thats why this picture is only dried banana leaves now.
